Welcome to Get Strategiq. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.getstrategiq.com, and the purchase of any services from us.

By accessing our website and/or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Services

Our website offers a range of digital marketing services and products, including but not limited to strategic audits, project-based implementation sprints, downloadable ebooks, video workshops, and resource templates (collectively, the “Services” and “Products”).

The specific scope, features, and deliverables for each Service or Product are described in detail on the individual sales page for that offering on our website. By purchasing a Service or Product, you agree that the description provided on its sales page at the time of purchase is an accurate representation of the offering.

2. Service Delivery Policy

Delivery methods and timelines vary depending on the Service or Product purchased. All deliverables will be provided electronically.

For Instantly Accessible Digital Products (e.g., Ebooks, Templates, Pre-recorded Workshops): Access or download links will be provided to you via email immediately upon successful completion of your payment.

For Consulting Services (e.g., Audits, Sprints): The specific project commencement and delivery timelines are outlined on the sales page for that service and will be confirmed in a follow-up email after your purchase. Unless otherwise stated, work will commence within two (2) business days of receiving full payment and all necessary information from you.

3. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, reflecting the different nature of our digital products and consulting services.

  • For Consulting Services (e.g., Audits, Sprints): You may request a cancellation for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that work on your project has not yet commenced. All cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@getstrategiq.com. Once work has begun on a consulting service, no refunds will be issued, as the service involves customized analysis and the allocation of expert time.

  • For Digital Products (e.g., Ebooks, Workshops, Templates): Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital downloads and access, all purchases for digital products are final and non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with any service or product, we encourage you to contact us within seven (7) days of purchase or delivery to discuss your concerns.

4. Payment and Invoicing

Payment Requirement: Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement (such as for a multi-stage project or ongoing retainer), all services must be paid for in full and in advance before any work will commence.

Invoicing: For any services not paid for upfront via the website, we will issue a digital invoice to your provided email address. Payment terms for such invoices are Net 15 (due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date), unless otherwise stated on the invoice itself.

Consequences of Non-Payment:

  • Failure to make a timely payment for any due invoice is considered a material breach of these terms.
  • We reserve the right to immediately suspend all work and service delivery if an invoice becomes overdue.
  • All work product, deliverables, reports, and strategic roadmaps will be withheld until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
  • Get Strategiq reserves the right to terminate the service agreement entirely if payment is overdue by more than thirty (30) days. The client remains liable for payment for any work already completed.
  • Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance that is not paid within thirty (30) days of its due date.

5. Intellectual Property

You, the client, will retain full ownership of the final, delivered Audit report and roadmap. You are free to use it for your internal business purposes as you see fit. [Your Company Name] retains full ownership of all its proprietary methodologies, processes, frameworks, and intellectual property used to create the deliverables.

6. Confidentiality

Get Strategiq agrees to keep all non-public information you provide (“Confidential Information”) in strict confidence. We will not disclose your Confidential Information to any third party without your prior written consent. Likewise, you agree not to disclose any proprietary processes or methodologies shared by us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that Get Strategiq shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. In any event, the total liability of Get Strategiq shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
